As an Assistant Manager in our Corporate Tax group you will have ample opportunity to broaden your experience and knowledge across the wider business tax area. Your role is truly varied involving a range of tax aspects including M&A, transfer pricing, entrepreneurial work and corporate tax planning. This means you will have the opportunity to enhance your generalist technical skills and knowledge, without being restricted to one area.
You'll become part of a successful practice. As such you will have plenty of room for development opportunities as well as the chance to learn and work with the market leaders. As an Assistant Manager you would be assigned your own portfolio of clients which will allow you to take ownership of your workload, whilst delivering great service to a variety of businesses.

The role involves:
* Providing tax technical advice in a variety of scenarios, which could include transfer pricing, M&A and cross border transactions
* Review and preparation of UK corporation tax returns
* Calculation of tax provisions for inclusion in financial statements
* Assisting with international tax advice and large scale tax advisory projects
* Managing and developing more junior members of staff
To be considered you must possess:
* ACA/CTA Qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience
* Experience of advising clients on UK corporate tax issues.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships
