An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager has arisen within the Bristol Operational Taxes Team of this Big 4 Firm.
The team has experienced significant growth over the last few years and needs to expand further. You will be involved in high profile global projects with great visibility with senior partners across the UK and beyond. The team is responsible for providing operational tax advice (withholding and reporting) to clients in the UK and globally. As such, members of this team often travel within Europe to conduct projects on site with the client.
The role
- Producing reports on the withholding tax position for various investors.
- Analysing new product offerings for withholding tax and reporting implications.
- Promoting products internally, throughout member firms and to clients.
- Assisting, where appropriate, with the Firm's FATCA and QI offerings.
The candidate
- previous operational tax experience is not required, a general or corporate tax background and willingness to learn quickly is sufficient
- willingness to travel occasionally within the UK/Europe
