Essential Duties (not all-inclusive):

* Administration of regular business transactions (e.g. AR, AP, payroll)
* Budget and liquidity planning
* Supervision and Management of Financial and Management Accounting (done by 3rd party)
* Reporting of Actuals (monthly, Quarterly, yearly)
* Coordination with Tax and Accounting Advisors (US and German)
* Supporting deal team during inestment processes

Required Skills

* Several years of experience in a comparable environment (Private Equity/Family Office, Financial Sector)
* Bilingual in English and German
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Team player and able to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on environment
* Bachelor's Degree
