This role allows the successful candidate to completely reshape the tax function of this company so their impressive expansion plans are realised.
This is a role with a focus on advising the movement of the tax function In-House. As such you will have proven experience of assessing tax improvement openings, including the integration of acquisitions and evaluating new M&A opportunities. Also you have the technical knowledge to bring a thorough and complete review of the company's tax structure. As the International Tax Manager you will be in control of all corporation tax computations as well as being responsible for all the VAT, US State and Federal Sales Taxes.
Ideal candidates will be qualified tax professionals, ideally with exposure to Big 4 background. You will be at Manager to Senior Manager Grade and have had experience of working in an in-house environment. Any previous start-up experience will be a distinct advantage.
