Description:My client, a large US bank based in the City is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to come in and assist with all Corporation Tax compliance in respect to UK and US compliance law and especially SOX processes.

To be successful at this role you must possess either a professional Accounting qualification or a Tax qualification. This role requires specific experience of US and UK corporation tax and you would be greatly advantage by having working experience of Alphatax.
