The successful individual will be familiar with the tax planning aspects of compensation plans, dual contracts, stock plans and deferred compensation through employee benefit trusts.

We are looking for an experienced tax professional who should ideally have previous banking experience. The applicant should also preferably have relevant professional accounting/ tax qualifications and be familiar with PAYE/NIC consulting, expatriate taxation and compensation planning. Good written and communication skills are expected.
