The client base of this firm is second to none and includes a whoВ’s who of investment banks, US and UK multi-nationals, pan-European clients, asset / fund management entities, pharmaceuticals, real estate, corporate and financial services institutions. The work you would be involved in as a result will be stand alone tax consultancy and structuring advice in addition to classic M&A and transactional support focused work.
The London practice works on both US and UK tax instructions. Unlike many other US (or UK headquartered firms) you will have the opportunity to assist with US and international tax matters if desired.
