You will be working with a variety of businesses in many industry sectors, from household names in the FTSE 100 and large multi nationals to smaller entrepreneurial businesses. The role involves:
В• Providing tax technical advice in a variety of scenarios which could include M&A and cross border transactions, UK restructuring and transfer pricing.
Management of the tax compliance and tax accrual cycles
В• Building relationships with clients and managing their expectations
В• Financial management of client ledgers
В• Mentoring and coaching less experienced people in your team
В• Involvement in business development initiatives
To be considered you must possess:
В• ACA/CTA Qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience
В• Experience of advising businesses on corporate tax issues
В• Excellent interpersonal skills
В• Experience of developing and maintaining client relationships
В• Experience of managing or supervising junior staff
