As a result they are seeking an Employment Tax expert to take the lead on the development of this highly specialised area of taxation. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance this unique area of the practice.
This primarily advisory focused role requires strong technical skills from the successful candidate, as you will be providing an employment tax consulting service to clients. Specifically you will be advising on issues relating to PAYE, NIC, remuneration planning, salary sacrifice, terminations / redundancies, and transaction issues. You will work closely with the senior directors on the development of new and existing clients, so proven experience in a client facing role is essential. Being based in this expanding marketplace will enable you to develop both the existing and your own client base across a variety of sectors. However you will not be restricted solely to the Midlands and there will be opportunities to work further a field.
