Our client is a Big 4 firm with a highly regarded expat tax practice. As a result of significant forecasted growth, a need has been identified to recruit an expat tax manager to focus on the financial services sector.
The Role:
Working as part of a global team this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop client relationships early in your career. You will be involved in the day to day delivery of projects working alongside recognised leaders in the field. In addition you will have the following responsibilities:
В• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
В• Win work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
В• Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken
The Person:
You will be an experienced tax practitioner with tax return sign off skills and expertise in US Tax matters (dual UK/US practitioner preferred)
In addition you will possess the following attributes:
В• Ensure delivery of quality work and take day to day leadership of delivery team
В• Team player with ability to create, sustain and lead effective teams
В• Experience of coaching and developing more junior staff
В• Client driven with strong strategic and commercial awareness
В• Excellent communicator
