This is a truly exciting opening for a Manager in Company Fiduciary and Administration Services (CFAS) to join this Big 4 firm in Hong Kong. You will be joining an expanding team of specialists who are responsible for the provision of practical and effective assistance regarding corporate secretarial, accounting and payroll functions to enable satisfaction of statutory compliance requirements.
This team is responsible for a great range of work including accounting, bookkeeping services, compilation of management accounts, payroll services, payment processing services and financial information analysis.
Reporting to the Senior Managers of CFAS, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage a portfolio of secretarial duties for your clients;
* Advise on corporate governance, compliance and monitor relevant statutory and regulatory matters;
* Participate in the formation of a Hong Kong company and offshore company;
* Assist in the acquisition of a shelf company in Hong Kong or overseas.
A graduate with an ICSA / HKICS qualification, you will have extensive relevant company secretarial experience. You will be an able leader and demonstrate an ability to think creatively.
