To provide an efficient support and administrative service to an existing Project Management team based in Birmingham. The current team provides support to clients in various locations, both in the UK and around the globe, primarily in the use of Deloitte systems designed to track the location of global tax filing obligations. Training will be given on all Deloitte specific systems.
The opportunity to be supported through professional exams (e.g. Association of Tax Technician) is also available to the successful candidate.
Main duties
В· Set up and maintenance of client websites
В· Uploading of data provided by clients and Deloitte teams
В· Logging and processing of incoming queries and updates
В· Updating live systems to reflect changes. This involves developing a deep understanding of the software application so that changes processed do not have unforeseen effects
В· Providing a support and co-ordination service to clients, involving system education, building relationships and trust with clients, and ensuring that client queries are properly interpreted and dealt with
В· Ad hoc administrative duties
Knowledge/Experience Required
В· Good level of general education with at least Maths and English Language GCSE
В· Good keyboard and basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
