Group Tax Manager required for PLC business in Berkshire. Reporting into the Head of Tax and Treasury this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the direction and development of the tax function. The company has a growing international presence and the role is a mix of international and UK tax work. You will lead the direct tax planning the group undertakes looking at group structuring, overseas investments, TP and documentation as well as oversight for VAT and expat matters. The role has a great variety and due to the intricacy of the business model the tax work is challenging and rewarding. You will need to be CA or CTA qualified and ideally you will have PLC experience, however excellent candidates from a limited company background will be considered.
