This global organisation, with significant businesses in Europe, Asia and Latin America has a new recruitment requirement for Group Tax Manager for the outsourcing business.
The role will oversee tax compliance and reporting with the main responsibilities for the role in 2010 being to consolidate the legal structure of the Group. You will be involved and lead projects in M&A, cross-border planning, Permanent Establishment and TP.
You will need to be a Chartered Accountant with international tax experience gained ideally within a high-tec/IT organisation with experience of advising on cross-border, IP and copyright issues.
