This pioneering & innovative company has an opportunity for a Tax Reporting specialist to take on a cross-functional position within its global headquarters in Basel.
This cross-functional role is part of a small team that forecasts and reports the group tax charge and rate, working closely with corporate finance, group taxation and other business units. It prepares and analyses SOX 404 documentation related to tax reporting and has close involvement in M&A and business integration transactions. It provides support for transfer pricing & cross border transactions as well as assisting in tax projects where necessary.
As you would expect, a business-critical role such as this requires a deep understanding of IFRS and corporate tax to be a success. You may already be a Tax Reporting Manager looking to join a growing company that is going places, or perhaps working in the tax accounting & reporting team of a Big 4 firm. Ultimately this role can and will lead to broader roles within tax, finance or the business more broadly. It is a great time to join this growing company and previous Swiss experience is not necessary, but a strong command of English is necessary. Applications from all European nationalities are welcome.
