As this Global Marine Group expands across the globe, they have recognised the need to be able to deal with potential taxation issues and to develop innovative strategies to enable them to comply and maximise benefits in all areas. This Global group are seeking a highly qualified and experienced tax accountant who can take charge of all areas of the Group's tax concerns.
This role requires the successful candidate to take charge of all areas of the group's tax compliance and to be able to provide high quality international tax advice which will maximise the tax benefits for the group. You will also have the responsibility of briefing departments and individuals on changes to taxation legislation, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures where taxation is a relevant issue.
My client is seeking the candidates to have strong leadership skills, great communication skills and previous experience in a management role. It will also be advantageous to the successful candidate to hold either a CTA or MBA. The role will also require you to travel worldwide when appropriate.
