This highly profitable mid tier powerhouse is looking to hire a lateral Tax Partner to take over an existing client portfolio and to act as an internal technical resource to the other tax partners. Their client base demands sophisticated tax planning and the portfolio is accustomed to dealing with a very technically minded partner.
The Role:
Replacing a partner, you will take over an existing portfolio providing sophisticated planning and consulting advice to complex UK and International groups, as well as acting as an in-house technical resource to the other tax partners.
• Providing high level transactional support to include financing, de-mergers/structuring, acquisitions
• Consulting and planning projects
• Acting as a technical resource to the other tax partners
• Marketing and business development
• Cross-selling
• Developing junior staff
The Person:
You will be an experienced Corporate/Mixed Tax Partner with extensive OMB experience who is strong technically and is looking to join an established, stable firm that is highly profitable and invests for the long term.
In addition you will possess the following attributes:
• Strong communication skills
• Commercially aware
Exposure to complex UK and International tax planning & consulting
• Ability to develop client relationships
