An opportunity has arisen within the International Assignment Services Practice of Deloitte's Reading office for a Client Services Administrator. Our Global Employer Services (GES) team provide expert advice and support to our clients regarding the tax implications and planning involved with international assignments. Clients range from very large corporations through to smaller fast-growing businesses and individuals of high net worth.

The role involves:

l Maintaining our global client database
l Assisting clients, external and internal, in the use of the GES technology suite of tools
l Administration of the transitioning of clients between Deloitte and other firms
l Corresponding with clients by e-mail/telephone
l Sending out online tax questionnaires to clients
l Coordinating tax briefings and initiation of client services
l Electronic delivery of tax returns to clients
l Collation of client payroll information & running payroll calculations
l Corresponding with the Inland Revenue by telephone
l Submitting Revenue forms
l Dealing with Inland Revenue Post, and drafting appropriate response to clients/Inland Revenue
l Tracking tax payments and refunds for clients, and liaising with client organisations to raise payments as required
l Collecting foreign taxes and benefits information
l Billing, including cross country Deloitte invoice checks
l Statistical reporting on tax return status
l Undertaking engagement specific tasks or projects as requested


To be considered, you must possess:

l Excellent interpersonal skills.
l Ability to deliver excellent service in support of internal and external client
l Team player with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
l Able to take ownership and use initiative to resolve problems.
l Ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines
l Ability to deal effectively and establish rapport with people at all levels (clients, partners and staff).
l Strong IT skills MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, use of www)
