| Description: | Our client is a commercial property investment group with a very international footprint. They are now seeking a Tax Manager to work within their EMEA tax function to be focused on planning / advisory tax projects. Key aspects of the role will include tax planning on investment and fund structures, tax reviews of proposed financial models, managing tax due diligence, analysis of transfer pricing considerations, analysis of tax risks and cash repatriation methods. Compliance will be limited to monitoring of tax filing deadlines in Europe. Ideal candidates will be professionally qualified (ACA / CTA / tax lawyer) with a good level of tax planning / structuring experience, either within Big 4 practice or preferably with some in-house tax experience. Solid UK tax experience with strong international tax skills will be required, along with the ability to consider other taxes e.g. VAT / Stamp Duty and US tax considerations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop broader commercial tax and transactions exposure within a small team of a longstanding and robust real estate group. |
