Global Audit Recruitment are working with their client to recruit for a highly motivated and experience Internal Audit Director/Head. The successful applicant will develop the strategy for the Internal Audit and Risk Compliance Services and the Accounting Advisory Services in line with overall Advisory strategy. Develop market opportunities, driving penetration of market across private and public sector organizations to grow both business lines. Full responsibility for Risk Compliance across all lines of business. Providing strong leadership and direction to designated teams in particular mentoring, coaching and management of the teams, assisting with the setting of measurable goals for employees and providing feedback to employees on their performance against such goals, Leading the business development activity within the designated region. You will have Director level experience within a professional accounting environment or Head of Internal Audit Experience within an FS or large corporate environment.
