An IPT/VAT specialist is required for this leading insurance firm in Central London. Working within this firm's tax function and assisting the Tax Director you will be responsible for the provision of high quality indirect tax advice to the business and its associated entities.
Role:
This is primarily a compliance focused role where you will be responsible for all the IPT and VAT returns of the group. Experience of handling HMRC correspondence will be advantageous as this is expected of the successful candidate. You will also provide VAT input into all major transactions, whilst also working with third party tax professionals as required. Another key element of the role will be to effectively advise the Tax Director of any arising IPT/VAT issues and the solution to these issues. This is a fantastic in-house opportunity with great career development and the chance to take hands on role in the handling of all IPT/VAT issues.
