The Organisation

Our client is a leading insurance organization.

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Tax and Actuaries in the business, this is a key role within the tax function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that accurate management information is produced from a taxation perspective in relation to Solvency II provisions, Individual Capital Assessment Standards and Embedded Value allowing risk to be managed effectively.

The Person

You will currently be operating at manager/senior manager level (or equivalent) in a Big 4 or commercial environment. You will be an experienced life tax practitioner and will be regarded as strong from a tax technical perspective. In addition you will possess the following characteristics:

В• Excellent attention to detail with an ability to deal with high levels of complexity yet still able to see the bigger picture
В• Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
В• Confident approach and an ability to adapt your style in order to relate to diverse stakeholders
