As well as income taxes, the team provides advice on VAT, stamp duty land tax and capital allowances as well as environmental taxes and business rates.
They service a wide spectrum of clients including:
- Key players in the UK's property investment industry (ranging from the largest REITs and funds to wealthy individuals),
- Major property users such as national retail chains, international hotel and leisure groups, industrial and manufacturing concerns,
- Infrastructure and utilities providers (including PPP/PFI projects)
Ideally you will be ACA and/or CTA qualified with similar experience gained in a well respected firm
