This highly successfulВ organisation aims to achieve maximum results for their investors through providing fund management, asset management & development and property management services. They have a wide variety of investors from the UK, Europe, Asia, the Americas and South Africa.
Working as part of a small existing tax team you will provide real estate and property VAT advice and guidance to the group. The role will involve compliance and advisory tasks and in addition to cyclical workloads you will provide VAT input on major property transactions. Working closely with the VAT Manager you will highlight areas of risk and opportunity and deliver solutions involving and communicating with all stakeholders. As an expert in property VAT you will amend and review the VAT property manual and work closely with HMRC.
You will ideally be CTA qualified although this is not essential, Big 4 trained ideally having already moved in-house although this could be your first move from practice. Technically strong with excellent inter-personal skills you will enjoy being part of a team and be a self-starter on tasks. Confident personality, you will be looking to progress with a leading commercial organisation.
