As an Immigration specialist you will:
* Advice in international assignment policies
* Advice on outsourcing of assignment and compensation management
* Manage own caseload and new case referrals
* Advice on international employment structuring, bonus and equity based tax planning and tax equalisation policies
* Advice on all aspects of Immigration
Experience/Qualifications required:
* OISC level 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications or experience preferred but not required of paralegals/lawyers.
* Strong UK immigration technical skills.
* Strong technical drafting skills.
* Effective management and organisational skills.
* Experience of managing small team and client relationships
* Good attention to detail
