The Technology & Transformation team are responsible for the development and implementation of technology and process projects for Deloitte clients, as well as the Global Employer Services (GES) practice. The team deliver services across the areas of Global Mobility and Global Reward.

You will work as part as part of a large and supportive team responsible for a range of functions. You will work as part of the existing team and will play an integral part of the Technology & Transformation implementation process. The team is currently fifteen strong, split between six developers and nine people in business and support roles. The business and support team members' work mix includes business development, business requirements documentation, client management, project management, training and delivery, and technical client support.
The role is varied but primarily focused on client-facing project management. As such you should have strong client relationship skills with an ability to speak and present to clients with confidence. As the focus will be on our Global Mobility offering, you should also ideally have a good knowledge of engagement management processes with an interest in wider mobility issues.
From a project management perspective an ability to be organised and effective whilst working on multiple projects is paramount. You should be detail focused and able to follow existing processes and protocols and suggest process improvements. As many of our solutions are process-based, the candidate should be logical and comfortable with processes whilst also having a good understanding of wider mobility and taxation issues that our clients face. It is this knowledge that provides context and brings real value to clients.

The role involves:
В· Business Development - the creation of proposal / presentation material together with the delivery of client presentations, client demonstration of technology solutions
В· Implementation - working with a Project Manager on all aspects of service delivery, including solution configuration and administration
В· Taking part in, and documenting, client meetings (scope meetings, project kick off, weekly project calls, etc.)
В· Project Management - project plans, meeting notes, liaison with client, liaison with development team, tracking of risks and actions, data management
В· Configuration - liaison with the client, review of configuration documents, scope management, liaison with development and system testing, liaison with tax teams and creation of process documentation and suggestions for process improvements
В· Training - production of training materials, delivery of training content to client and internal teams
В· Guides - maintenance and updates to user guides and user information together with creation of new user content
To be considered you must possess:
* A degree or equivalent qualification
* Good knowledge of the wider global mobility area, taxation and engagement management.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - confident in dealing with all levels of clients, both internally and externally
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and manage a range of conflicting deadlines, managing client and internal expectations as appropriate
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
