The role involves:
* Providing advice to clients around reward strategy, pay structure design and bonus scheme designs.
* Providing advice to clients around performance management
* Leading small and large client engagements - in a truly peripatetic role
* Managing and motivating a team
* Proactively looking at business development opportunities and contributing to the growth of the practice
To be considered you must possess:
* Solid reward experience - both service delivery and design
* Experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience of working within a blue chip consulting environment
