Job Description
As Tax Director, you will:
*Help manage the tax compliance process
*Prepare and review Forms 1118, 5471, 8858, 8865 and related forms and calculations
*Prepare and review amended returns or other filings for foreign tax redeterminations and other adjustments
*Review reconciliations of tax and book data
*Develop models for cash forecasting
*Respond to ad hoc requests for data and analysis
*Help ensure completeness and consistency of documentation
*Maintain relationships with overseas tax colleagues
*Coordinate documentation for foreign income taxes, including deferred taxes
Required Skills
*10+ years of international tax experience in a large corporate tax department or Big 4 firm
*CPA; JD or Master's in Tax, preferred
*Strong knowledge of US tax compliance
*Familiarity with tax provisions, including FAS 109, SOX 404, FIN 48
*Experience with OneSource RS International tax software preferred
*Demonstrated managerial skills and experience
