Your client responsibilities: В
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
- Assist in winning work by proactively leveraging existing client relationships and contribute to winning new clients.
- Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical / business driven approach taken
- Delegate effectively and be involved in the development of junior staff in the UK and offshore team
- Team player; ability to integrate with new teams quickly
- Outgoing with good relationship skills and the ability to deliver quality output
- Relevant corporate tax compliance experience - at least 3 years in a compliance role
- FS industry and product knowledge preferred but not essential
- Commercial attitude with the desire to consider the wider business implications of tax
- A good understanding of accounts - UK GAAP and IFRS experience preferred
- Negotiation skills and an ability to sustain opinion and handle challenges
- Team player with ability to create, maintain and lead effective teams
- Client driven with a strategic and commercial awareness
- Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and verbal
- Enthusiastic with a flexible attitude to work
- Educated to degree standard minimum
- Any of - ACA / CA /Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course / Law qualification / CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA).
