Job Description
As Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will have several responsibilities including, but not limited to:
*Integrating GAAP standards related to accounting for income taxes including: FAS 109 and 123R with tax engagements
*Income tax planning and consulting for multi-national, public, private, and inter-state entities including; Corporate transaction issues and tax savings strategies
*Conducting top level review of tax return and resolve tax issues with clients
*Economically and productively manage projects including billing and accounts receivable responsibilities
*Communicating regularly with clients to build positive relationships
Required Skills
*6+ years of recent public accounting experience
*Solid experience with FAS 109
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Previous managerial/supervisory experience
*JD, LLM, or Master's degree, strongly desired
