Based in their Central London offices this Transactions Tax team is currently looking to recruit 2 managers. As a member of this group you will focus on the delivery of a range of transactional tax projects. The role will give you the opportunity to develop excellent advisory skills. Great prospects for development.
Being part of this highly professional team you will be contributing to the development of solutions to complex technical issues and managing a team.
The role
- Providing specialized tax advice on M&A, IPO’s, corporate restructuring and other related transactions
- Providing general tax advice to Private equity clients, including fund and transaction structuring
- Tax compliance and reporting at the fund and investor level
- Focusing on tax due diligence of targets in a range of industries and assisting on structuring of transactions
The candidate
You will be ACA or CTA qualified and with strong UK corporate tax experience. To be successful in this role you will have commercial acumen and enjoy working with clients on a day-to-day basis. Although management experience is not essential for this role but it will be an advantaged.
