Working in a specific division with it's own smallВ team of in-house tax professionals the content of this post will include; reporting and compliance, strategic tax planning, deal structuring and projects. Whilst the focus of the role is broad it is envisaged that a greater percentage of time will be spent on reporting and compliance.
Specifically, the successful candidate will; manage US income tax return preparation for UK entities, review/preparation of quarterly and annual US GAAP reporting for taxes, responsibility for general income tax and VAT compliance, monthly FAS 109 P&L balance sheet accounts, manage quarterly and annual tax account reconciliation processes, manage correspondence with UK tax authorities including coordination of tax audits.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need extensive exposure to all aspects of corporate taxВ and will possess a proven inhouse record.
