The role will be situated in the business advisory group which deals with private equity firms and hedge funds.
You will take full responsibility for compliance and advisory issues for your portfolio.
Training, developing and the growth of your team will be your responsibility.
Direct US Tax experience is a requirement, this can be from a US department in a UK firm or you may have just moved over from the states.
The review of forms 1065, 5471, 8865, 8858 and 8621 is a bonus but not requirement.
