My client is looking for a Tax Senior who is experienced in US Tax. Bermuda can offer you a world-class experience exposing you to some of the most challenging and innovative products in today's markets! This clients international tax practice includes niche areas such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Insurance.
The clients that you will be exposed to will enhance and propel your career extensively! The alternative investment client base includes hedge funds, mutual fudns and funds-to-funds. The insurance/reinsurance client base includes some of the world's largest corporations and captive insurance companies, as well as a significant number of Bermuda based insurance and reinsurance entities with multinational operations.
You will match the following competencies:
* CA/CPA qualification.
* At least 2-3 years completing US tax compliance for partnerships, corporations and/or individuals
* Interest in developing an industry specialty in the offshore financial markets - insurance companies and investment funds
* Strong in-charge or senior experience
* High degree of competence with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent written and oral skills as well as excellent presentation skills
* Outstanding people skills with the ability to work with all levels.
* Must be familiar with the tax consulting process and the professionalism necessary for the effective diagnosis, solution, development and implemention of clients' tax needs
