In-house Transfer Pricing Manager – leading PLC

£60-£80K package
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a tax specialist to join this leading PLC in the newly created role of Transfer Pricing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Transfer Pricing, and working in a small team of specialists, the role holder will have broad exposure across the business’ entities and enjoy building wide reaching stakeholder relationships in an area which is a key focus for the company.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the completion of accurate transfer pricing documentation
• Ensure a consistent approach to the reallocation of costs across all legal entities
• Support, review and challenge colleagues involved in transfer pricing activity
• Lead the roll out and implementation of a new system of cost allocation across the business
• Drive efficiencies in transfer pricing processes
• Provide assurance and oversight of the TP framework
• Act as the key point of contact relating to charges raised by legal entities
• Support TP governance meetings and ensure SLAs are adhered to
Skills and experience required:
You will be a CA/ACCA/CTA qualified accountant/tax advisor with experience of corporate tax/international tax and a strong awareness of transfer pricing principles. You’ll have a proven record of successfully delivering cross functional projects, demonstrating the importance of incorporating compliance and tax related matters into business plans and processes. Along with this you’ll have experience of managing stakeholders at all levels, as well as strong commercial impact awareness. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex issues are essential personal attributes.
