M&A Tax Manager - Amsterdam, to €80k

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading M&A Tax team in Amsterdam! The firm are looking to bring on board an experienced Manager to assist with Inbound and Outbound transaction to and from the Netherlands. The firm is based in the heart of Amsterdams prestigious Zuidas area and provide an exceptional work life balance and exposure to various high-profile clients.

The role:

* Working on a wide range of international clients, often demanding financial investors, and guide responsive acquisitions within and outside the Netherlands.
* Involved from beginning to end, from due diligence to financing and structuring transactions.
* Coordinate refinancing and post-acquisition processes.

The requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years of M&A Tax experience (Big 4 preferred)
* Fluency in English required, Dutch languages skills are highly beneficial
* A Master's degree in Tax Law, Finance or Economics ideal
* Exceptional communication skills and demonstrable Management skills
