My Client is a leading national CPA firm. Due to continued growth they seek to hire an International Tax Partner who will be tasked with handling a portfolio of Russian and Latina American clients. This role will suit somebody who is interested in becoming a household name in Miami for International tax. It is highly desirable that you already possess a book of business of at least $400k althought slightly less would also be considered.

You will lead and drive the success of multiple engagements in all facets of taxation, perform final review of complex tax returns for high net-worth individual, corporate and partnership/LLC clients. You will interact closely with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting and compliance services in a timely and effective manner. You will work closely with other Partners, Senior Managers and staff on client management, professional development and business development activities.
You will hold a Masters in Taxation degree & CPA Certification, 15+ years tax experience in a CPA firm setting. International tax, expatriate and in-patriate tax compliance and planning experience is a must. You will be a problem solver and hold strong technical skills pertaining to tax preparation and review. You will also have an ability to attract and develop profitable, sustainable client relationships.
