FTSE100 International Tax Manager, Reading

This FTSE100 multinational group has operations across multiple continents and delivers niche products to customers all over the world. In this exciting new role, you will work in a well-established tax team to deliver tax advice both domestically and internationally.

Key duties will include:

Review of UK tax compliance
Support with internal and external tax reporting matters
Support with input to business planning and forecasting processes
Active business partnering with commercial operations, overseas Finance, HR and other business stakeholders with regard to a wide variety of tax queries
Support with global projects including M&A, transfer pricing, controversy and finance structuring;
Delivery of strategic advice and identification of value opportunities
Support with tax risk including Senior Accounting Officer review
Managing transfer pricing compliance
Support to the management of tax audits
Identification and implementation of improvements to the quality of tax information, processes and systems

About you:

ACA and or CTA qualified
UK Big 4 trained
Corporate tax background with international exposure
Transfer pricing experience preferred
Able to identify and communicate tax risks and opportunities in plain language
Able to work pragmatically in a fast-paced environment.
