EMEA Tax Manager – 6 Month FTC, to £500 per day

This global media leader and provider of business information has operations in three continents and global revenues exceeding $12bn. With their tax technology team quickly becoming the fastest growing part of the business, the Group are looking to bring on board a tax trained professional with corporate tax experience and an interest in tax technology for a 6 month contract.

As a tax manager you will have responsibility for the corporate tax affairs and report directly to Head of EMEA tax. You will have a mixed role focusing on Advisory, Transfer Pricing and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

Advisory
• Advice on internal restructuring projects
• Support the leadership on legal entity reduction
• Assist with day to day management of finance structures
• Ad hoc advisory

Transfer pricing
• Transfer pricing work as required

Compliance
• Prepare tax returns for all high risk corporate entities
• Assist with HMRC queries on corporate entities

About you
• CTA or ACA qualified
• Background in corporate tax
• In-house or practice applicants welcome
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• In depth experience of working with large complex clients
• Interest in tax technology and system implementation
