Experienced Corporate Tax Associate or Senior Associate, London Law Firm

This well-regarded international law firm works with a diverse and high-profile client base across a range of service sectors, including retail, technology, real estate, energy and financial services.

Clients include publicly listed companies, management teams, investment funds, family owned businesses, real estate investors and developers.

Boasting a strong national corporate tax team that is led by four partners, a capable and experienced corporate tax associate or senior associate is sought for the London office.

You will be joining a department that provides both UK and cross-border advice, and is involved in technical work that includes transactional planning, structuring, financing and related documentation for funds, real estate, private equity and corporate clients.

About you:

As an experienced Corporate Tax Associate or Corporate Tax Senior Associate, you will already have gained outstanding tax knowledge, research and analytical skills, during your training with a high calibre legal tax practice.

You will be familiar with UK tax rules and structures, ideally with some experience of advising across some of the areas of corporate, real estate, projects, funds, finance and other commercial transactions.

Cross-border tax expertise would be greatly advantageous.
