Our client, a global market leader in its industry, is looking to appoint a Customs Duties Senior Analyst. This newly created position is based in its regional headquarters in Barcelona.
Reporting to the Customs Manager, the Customs Duties Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing support to ensure compliance with international import/export regulations, tariff classifications, free trade agreements, valuation and duty preferences. The Customs Duties Senior Analyst will also help the Customs Manager minimizing customs duties costs across the EMEA region.
Suitable candidates will have 4/6 years of customs duty experience gained either in Big 4 or in industry. Fluency in English is essential and communication skills in Spanish and/or another European language would be an advantage. Experience with SAP is also an advantage.
