This global organisation operating in over 40 countries has a very interesting long term opportunity for a tax project manager, you will likely come from a tax advisory background with a strong understanding of compliance issues. You will work closely with key business partners and stakeholders to understand their requirements in the corporate structure. You will become the link between tax compliance involvement in the wider changes to the business around restructure, acquisition, disposals and systems changes. Providing advice, financial information and delivery on project plans between tax and the global business.
Typically advice to the business would be in relation to any questions arising on bau transactions or business projects and therefore the tax and compliance implications of them.
This role would suit ACA and/or CTA qualified candidates with experience at management level in international tax issues (TP, WHT, PE) restructucting and integration. Ideally solid experience or exposure to UK tax compliance however will consider candidates trained in Australia and New Zealand.
