Private Client Tax Senior Manager, Lincolnshire

In the past fifteen years, this established firm of Chartered Accountants has more than doubled in size through organic growth and acquisitions and provides a full range of services to clients including Tax, Audit, Accounts and Corporate Finance.

The tax team is made up of home grown talent and recruits from regional and larger national firms.

Clients are typically high net worth individuals, owner managed businesses and SME’s and span Lincolnshire, the Midlands and London.

The sectors in which the firm operate are quite varied but include manufacturing, agriculture, construction and some charities and not for profit institutions as well.

The Lincoln office seeks a Private Client Tax Senior Manager who can work closely with Directors and other Senior Managers, leading private client tax planning opportunities involving CGT, IHT and Trusts and leading client meetings.

You will be someone who is comfortable taking the initiative, in a role that offers plenty of autonomy and a refreshing change from the more structured, and perhaps restrictive, larger firm office environment.

The firm is looking to hire someone that has excellent tax technical acumen, including good technical research and report writing skills, strong client facing tax advisory experience and ideally the ability to get involved in assisting with some business development too, although this is less key.
