We are looking for a Senior Manager or Director with a strong accountancy practice background and Corporate Tax experience to join a busy and growing accountancy firm with huge potential in North Bristol.

Senior Manager or Director 

You will be responsible for an extensive client base, including limited companies, LLPs, sole traders and partnerships, across a wide range of business sectors, providing accounting, tax and VAT advice and services. There will also be the opportunity to undertake ad-hoc project work, and some more complex tax advisory work such as R&D claims.

This is both a hands on and reviewing role and you will support the wider team, reviewing work and supporting staff in their development. There will be the opportunity to attend meetings with prospective and existing clients, and assist in growing the client base and the range of services offered to existing clients.

There will be scope to carve a key position within this growing office. This role would suit you if you are currently in a Corporate Tax or Mixed tax role, have an accountancy background but would enjoy a broader role within a small practice. 

The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge across accounting, corporate and personal taxes; Be a highly motivated individual, keen to grow the firms client base, be confident and assertive dealing with clients and staff alike; Be an excellent team player, but also enjoy working autonomously where required.

It is essential that you are ACA or ACCA qualified or CTA qualified.
