Payroll Assistant Manager, EY Dubai

Requirement:

Graduate/Post Graduate with min 7-9 years of experience in BPO industry with major focus on Payroll processing including project managing large payroll transitions. Experience in software implementations a big advantage. Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A fair for marketing and technology a major advantage.

Competencies

•Transition methodology and experience in managing payroll transitions

•Experience in Payroll software implementation from the side of business

•Flair for technology

•Experience in Payroll review based on a set control framework

•Cross border payroll experience , preferably middle east payroll

•Coordinating with cross border teams for service delivery
