Tax Senior Manager - International Tax

The leading international tax advisory team is the market is looking to add bench strength to its leadership team by hiring experienced international tax advisory individuals' at Senior Manager level!! You will work on incredibly interesting UK domestic & international tax advisory across an variety of clients in the FTSE 100.

You will be responsible for building close relationships with a wide range of clients and therefore this roles suits a highly engaging/driven & commercial individual.

The client work is stimulating and rarely routine. It offers opportunities to help solve the tax and business issues of companies that are household names and be a leading adviser on the latest tax developments. The work is wide-ranging including advising on major corporate transactions, providing international and UK advice, as well as supporting the audit of tax for major companies.

The role covers an array of issues for example, CFC's, dividend exemption, hybrid mismatch rules, diverted profits tax, PE, withholding taxes and domestic issues like loan relationships & trading v investment treatments.

This role is ideal, if you have gained significant international and UK Corporate Tax advisory experience working on complex transactions but equally you are looking to leverage the most buoyant international tax market in some years post Brexit.
