In House Tax Manager, London (increase your international tax experience)

Your new company

Your new role
You will be working with advisors and recommend appropriate Tax structuring for the Group. You will be involved in transfer pricing documentation and address further transfer pricing risks. A fantastic chance to liaise and learn with third party advisors including Deloitte.

A great opportunity to support the Group Treasurer and Head Office Accountant in the application of correct Withholding Tax rates for franchise fees and interest. You learn a great deal by providing ad-hoc support on all Taxation matters to the business eg FATCA, employee related securities, corporate criminal code, VAT and PAYE



What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working in an international tax environment. You are likely to have experience from the advisory side, and if possible, working with private equity owned companies. You will have a strong tax knowledge, but no need to be an expert at all aspects of Tax as you will retain Deloitte as advisors to review all material matters.
