EMEA Tax Manager 14 Month Fixed Term Contract

This is a superb opportunity for someone to take on a 14 month or longer FTC with a US listed business based in Surrey.

You will work alongside and support the EMEA Tax Director who is also based in the Surrey offices, on this long term project required due to increased workload and some structural changes within this acquisitive business.

This role will be varied and diverse, broadly covering but not be limited to supporting the European business on tax planning and compliance issues. Day to day you will be involved in group reporting, managing the outsourced compliance, managing intercompany transfer pricing, be involved in special projects, provide advice on EMEA technical issues such as financing structures, UK CFC's, withholding tax issues, Planning and more.
